Ordering?

Q. How do I place an order?
Q. You would like to place an order, but you are not an existing customer, what do you do?

Having firstly researched your order on our browser website you have two options available to you.

  1. Non-account orders can be dealt with efficiently by contacting our sales agents.
  2. To set up a 30 day trading account please complete the Credit account application form and after the standard credit check we can send you a username and password.

Delivery & Returns

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Dublin: Next working day when you order before 5.30pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Rest of Ireland: Within 2 working days when you order before 5.30pm Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Q. How much will my delivery cost?

Dublin: Deliveries are always free.

Rest of Ireland: Deliveries of €75 (excl vat) or more are free. Deliveries under €75 (excl vat) are charged at a rate of €6.50 plus vat per delivery.

Q. Is there a minimum order?

No, there is no minimum order value.

Q. Who will deliver my order?

Dublin: Deliveries are made by B2B personnel in B2B vans.

Rest of Ireland: Deliveries are made on our behalf by GLS.

Q. How do I arrange to return a product?

Contact us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

Product returns are accepted subject to our terms and conditions.

Accounts?

Q. Can you email Invoices, Credits and Account Statements?

Yes, all we need is the correct email address.

Q. Do you provide invoices and credits in a consolidated format?

Yes, we can amalgamate all your transactions for the month on a single document.

Q. What payment methods are available to pay our bill?

We accept the following payment methods: Bacs(electronic), credit card, cheques and direct debit.
